Join GrowthAssistant as an Amazon PPC Specialist!

We are looking for a skilled Amazon PPC Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. If you’re passionate about data-driven strategies and have a track record of successful Amazon advertising, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 - 100,000/month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Create, implement, and oversee Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Keyword Research: Identify high-performing keywords to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Bid Management: Optimize bids and budgets to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
  • Ad Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, and CTR are met or exceeded.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and Amazon advertising best practices to identify new opportunities.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with ad creatives, copy, and placements to find the most effective combinations.
  • Listing Optimization: Work with the content team to ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and align with ad strategies.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly budgets to maximize campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven results in sales growth and ACOS optimization.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and PPC tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills for informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present insights clearly to team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
  • Certifications: Amazon Advertising certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools for reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in eCommerce or working with Amazon FBA sellers.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and brand management.
  • Experience with additional digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
