About the Job:
  • The Partner & Alliances team within LandingAI manages strategic relationships with our top partners. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our partnerships with Snowflake, Cloud Service Providers, Strategic System Integrators which deliver value to our customers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • As a Partner & Alliance Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and nurturing strategic partnerships and driving growth for our organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading Partnerships: Establish and maintain a strong strategic partnership with key partners, collaborating closely with their team to identify opportunities and drive joint initiatives.

  • Business Development Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy with partners, encompassing Landing AI’s products and services. Focus on specific solutions or product sets tailored to particular markets when necessary.

  • Solution Strategy: Work closely with partners to define the solution strategy, building cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with LandingAI and Partner sales leaders across all markets to facilitate productive sales engagement globally.

  • Alliance Success: Partner with Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to ensure the success and compliance of strategic alliances and tech partnerships.

  • Business Planning: Develop well-thought-out business plans with clear priorities, joint initiatives, and specific goals to drive pipeline growth, wins, and consumption.

  • Performance Tracking: Define, track, and analyze performance against specific measures of success, providing tangible progress updates regularly.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders both within LandingAI and within partner organizations to maximize impact and build a long-term partnership.

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales, or business development.
  • 3 years of experience working with strategic Tech/ISV partners and building GTM relationships.
  • Experience with global partner management for Global System Integrator (SI) partnerships for a leading technology company is a plus.
  • Experience with public cloud solutions and services in the enterprise segment.
  • English proficiency is required for all roles at Landing AI.

  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of the cloud services landscape and the ability to provide industry insights.
  • Proficiency in translating data and trends into strategies and compelling messages.
