Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager. In this critical role, you will cultivate strong client relationships, proactively drive satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences that support contract renewals and foster loyalty. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our clients’ success and building long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do:
As a Client Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, providing daily support and guidance to both clients and team members (Client Executives) on complex client requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of new plans and specific product offerings, ensuring seamless integration for clients.
  • Collaborate with all EmpiRx Health departments and partners in a manner that promotes teamwork and unity to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients and vendors on best practices for technology adoption and utilization to drive efficiencies and streamline workflows.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate execution of all client benefit requests.
  • Participate in the handoff of client from Sales to Operations and provide support throughout the implementation to demonstrate ongoing commitment from Client Management team from start of the relationship. 
  • Clearly communicate client expectations and provide actionable feedback to the team to facilitate necessary adjustments or improvements.
  • Present EmpiRx Health’s operational performance metrics to clients as needed, supporting client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement client renewal strategies, leading all renewal activities to strengthen client partnerships.

What You Need:
  • Desire 3-5 years of direct client/account management experience in the healthcare or PBM industries
  • Ability to interpret current healthcare trends and issues that may affect client strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite required. Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industry at a start-up with duties that will vary day-to-day.
  • Proactively stay current with pharmacy and industry initiatives to keep the client ahead of the curve.
