  • Develop financial modelling on cost savings simulations to support the decision making of department managers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and products.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and mitigating risks through well-structured agreements.
  • Monitor license subscriptions across all software tools and hold department managers accountable on commitments and requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
  • Stay current with internal and external factors impacting procurement function.
  • Research and survey buying markets to source the best supplier’s products, in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Process and Policy Improvements
  • Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to standardize practices across the organization.
  • Develop regular reports to senior management on procurement metrics and performance and provide actionable analysis.

  • Lead initiatives to digitalize and automate procurement processes where possible.
  • Ensure the company meets regulatory and corporate social responsibility (CSR) requirements in its supply chain.
  • Vendor Database Management
  • Maintain an extensive database for all projects and related contracts and provide information for analysis and reporting.
  • Provide contract updates and relevant contract details to all internal departments as requested.
  • Advise departments and business units of lead time required to obtain contracts and establish new supplier relationships.
