We are looking for a seasoned Account Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales. This role specifically targets midsize enterprise companies across [Insert Location]. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract finalization, and report to the Senior Sales Director.
Your responsibilities will encompass strategic business development, engaging directly with key decision-makers to evaluate their core needs and objectives. As an integral member of our international sales team within a rapidly expanding market, you'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to craft and execute potent prospecting and lead development strategies tailored to your designated territory.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with marketing and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive pipeline growth and craft and implement targeted account programs.Efficiently pursue and manage multiple midsize enterprise opportunities simultaneously, ensuring all potential leads are nurtured effectively.Expertly navigate the complex, multi-stakeholder midsize enterprise sales process, engaging with various decision-makers and influencers.Deliver engaging product demonstrations, convincingly validating core use cases and value propositions to prospective clients.Ensure precise reporting, forecasting, and proactive management of the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.Establish trust and nurture relationships within a wide network of prospective buyers, facilitating a strong foundation for ongoing business.Develop and maintain relationships with mid-sized clients to increase revenue, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Pursue relationships with potential new accounts while seeking business expansion opportunities with current clients to drive growth.Possess detailed knowledge of products and services being offered, ensuring that solutions consistently meet client needs and expectations.Periodically visit client locations to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote ongoing contract renewals.Provide accurate sales quotations and respond promptly to requests for proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs are required.Mastery of fundamental sales skills, including pipeline development, active listening, value matching, negotiation, metrics-driven approach, and adept objection handling.Demonstrated willingness and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance solution development and optimize the sales process.Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar tools.Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality, capable of carving out their own path to success.Strong emphasis on team collaboration and celebrating team victories.Adaptable to remote team environments.Benefits
