Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our global software solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and product manager to transform customer requirements into clear, actionable solution designs, while collaborating with development teams to ensure proper implementation of the functional design.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Product Analyst within the FinTech domain, preferably a background in eInvoicing or banking and cash management. If you also possess excellent data analysis and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful product development.


Location: Remote (Europe) – Candidates anywhere in Europe are welcome to  apply with valid work authorization. The Company is unable to sponsor work visas at this time.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Collaborate with product manager to convert customer requirements to solution design
  • Analyse product performance data, customer feedback and market trends to find product enhancement opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for development team, collaborate with the team to ensure functional design is properly understood
  • Review outcomes of development and make sure the delivered features are in line with functional design
  • Support sales and delivery teams in the role of product expert 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in product analyst role in global software company
  • Experience from eInvoicing and familiarity with related regulations, or experience from Banking and Cash Management processes
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive product development
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software (Jira, Confluence…)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic organization with adaptability and flexibility
