Endeavor Business Intelligence is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our team. Our Analysts are critical in the development of research design, data management, insights reporting, and presentation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both quantitative and qualitative projects for a wide variety of different clients and industries. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working independently or in a team and has a healthy curiosity coupled with attention to detail and a bit of creativity.
- Assisting in questionnaire creation, survey management, data analysis
- Survey programming, testing and quality control
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Writing reports and developing visuals in support of the reporting of research results
- Conduct secondary research as appropriate in support of custom research studies
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of final report deliverables to clients (e.g., proofing numbers, text, formatting)
- Provide other project support as needed to manage and deliver custom research projects
- Interfacing with clients for project support and report presentation
- Willingness to perform additional project and research team related duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, or related field (e.g., Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Statistics, Business, etc.)
- Minimum 3-5 years as market research analyst or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Some experience with quantitative analytics and reporting
- Some experience with qualitative reporting
- Interest in learning to moderate IDIs and focus groups
- Detail oriented, works well independently, self-motivated, creative, analytical, and loves to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; proficiency in SPSS preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, peers, and cross-functional groups as a respected representative of EBI’s research team
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 - $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
