Key responsabilities:
- Perform detailed benefit-cost analyses for FEMA projects
- Work with various governmental agencies for cost-effectiveness assessments
- Develop and prepare preliminary BCAs under grant programs
- Review BCAs to ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines
- Collect and analyze hazard risk data and present findings
