The Team You Will Join
As part of the US Group Benefits Shared Services organization, you will be a part of the Employer Service and Administration Solution Train's Workflow ART.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and executing on testing strategies to ensure solutions being delivered within the ART are aligned and meeting the business needs and overall definition of done. You will ensure plans include both manual and automated test approaches to fulfill functional, one up one down, regression and end to end testing efforts.
Success in this role requires experience with testing strategies as well as Workflow solutions and business processes.The Product Owner for Workflow is responsible for prioritization and execution of testing efforts within the ART in support of critical business process re-engineering initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Scrum Lead, Release Train Engineer within and across ARTs in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead testing initiatives for Workflow solutions
- Create alignment across the ART's teams for test execution
- Oversee a backlog of Workflow Features and User Stories
- Manage the team's work
- Develop User Stories defining testing activities for functional, one up one down, regression and end to end testing of larger capabilities
- Coordinate dependency planning and test execution across ARTs and Teams
What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Experience in developing and executing on test strategies in an Agile Development Environment
- Azure DevOps/Automation Tools (ie. TOSCA)
- Test Leadership Experience
- Workflow process and tool experience
