This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls:

  • Utilize prepared scripts to make cold or warm calls to potential clients.

  • Introduce the company's services and generate interest among prospects.

  • Prospect Qualification:

    • Evaluate potential clients to ensure they meet the basic criteria for conversion.

    • Filter leads to save the sales team’s time, focusing on high-potential opportunities.

  • Appointment Scheduling:

    • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings or calls at mutually convenient times.

    • Ensure accurate and timely communication between clients and the sales team.

  • Follow-Up:

    • Provide reminders for upcoming appointments.

    • Reschedule appointments when necessary to accommodate client needs.



    Requirements
    • Experience: Previous experience in a call center, insurance, or real estate role is essential.

    • English Proficiency: Advanced English level (C2) is required.

    • Skills:

      • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

      • Proficient in using call scripts and adapting to conversations.

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Technology: Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

    • Location: Must reside in a LATAM country.
