Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Design and implement user interfaces (UI) with a focus on optimizing the user experience (UE) and ensuring an intuitive and accessible design.
  • Write, test, and deploy efficient code while adhering to best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce components and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other business systems.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform changes and advancements to continuously enhance and improve solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Salesforce Development: Proven experience in Salesforce platform development, including custom objects, workflows, and validations.
  • LWC (Lightning Web Components): Strong understanding and hands-on experience in developing responsive UI components using LWC.
  • Apex Programming: Expertise in Apex for building custom logic and integrations within the Salesforce environment.
  • UE (User Experience) Design: Knowledge of UE best practices and ability to design and implement user-centered solutions.
  • JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks for Salesforce customization.
  • Data Management and Security: Familiarity with data security best practices, sharing rules, and role hierarchies in Salesforce.
