Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in assessing clients' financial situations to determine suitable loan options
  2. Manage paperwork and documentation related to loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
  3. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth process
  4. Handle all communication with clients from initial contact through post-settlement
  5. Maintain and update loan files in the database for ongoing management and follow-up
  6. Provide clients with timely and accurate financial advice and guidance
  7. Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications to a variety of lenders
  8. Stay updated with the latest regulations and products in the mortgage industry

Requirements

  • Prior experience in AU mortgage processing or brokering is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial assessment
