Role Name: Architectural Designer/Drafter

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Brisbane Time with a  1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time

Job Description

As an Architectural Designer/Drafter, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge designs for houses, townhouses, and apartments. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your ArchiCAD skills while potentially expanding your expertise to include Revit. You’ll work remotely with a dedicated team, contributing to high-quality, cost-effective architectural solutions. Your designs will directly impact the urban landscape of Brisbane and beyond, making this an ideal position for someone looking to leave their mark on residential architecture.


Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed construction architectural drawings and designs using ArchiCAD

  • Develop plans for residential projects including houses, townhouses, and apartments

  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all drawing documentation

  • Collaborate remotely with the core team in Australia

  • Adapt to potential software transitions (e.g., from ArchiCAD to Revit) in the future

  • Liaise with various consultants to produce a holistic design and documents . This generally includes structural , civil, hydraulic , traffic, interior and landscape drawings.

  • Coordinate with consultants (interior designer, structural,
    hydraulic, mechanical etc... to ensure original design intent
    developed by the directors are carried through to detail
    documentation

  •  Review and coordinate consultant drawings and reports. (such as engineering drawings)

  •  Produce 3D render images via twinmotions, photoshop 3D images or similar

  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD

  • preferably AU residential work experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting

  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of Revit, rendering software, graphic software is a plus
