Position Title: Recruitment Admin
Work Set-up: Work On-Site/Work From Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM TBC
Salary: Php 35,000 - 45,000
Sign-on Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RECRUITMENT ADMIN

Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Admin would be:
• Managing incoming leads
• Reviewing recordings and screening if it’s a yes or no
• Collaborate with the Talent Director and recruiters to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies.
• Utilize social media, job boards, networking, and career fairs to identify potential
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System).
• Coordinate recruitment activities amongst Recruitment, Sales and Marketing departments
• Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, standardizing resumes and videos, recruitment reports, etc.)
• Assist on applicants
• Request and maintain job ads online including responding to social media inquiries
• Maintain job and candidate database on Recruitment platform
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
• Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. scheduling of orientation)
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the Talent Director on position requirements.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.

Qualifications as a Recruitment Admin:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant fields
• 2-3 years of experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
• With a good understanding of HR and Recruitment process
• Familiarity with video editing software is nice to have
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability
