Description Of The Tasks

We are looking to incorporate a SAP DATA MIGRATION Lead profile to participate in the long-term project of an important international client.

Aim to be 100% remote with occasional visits to the office👩‍💻

Responsibilities

✅Strategic Planning Develop comprehensive data migration strategies that align with business objectives, including risk assessment and change management.

✅Project Leadership Direct and oversee the progress of data migration projects from conception to completion, ensuring that established deadlines and budgets are met.

✅Team Management Coordinate and lead work teams comprised of data analysts, developers, and other technicians, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including regular reporting on project status and progress.

✅Technical Troubleshooting Resolve complex technical issues related to data migration and provide expert guidance in critical situations.

✅Quality Assurance Implement quality control practices to ensure the integrity of migrated data and meet company compliance and security standards.

✅Training and Development Train and develop team members on data migration best practices and tools.

✅Technological Innovation Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to existing processes to optimize data migration operations.


Requisitos


✨At least 5+ years of experience as SAP Data Migration Lead

✨ Knowledge on FI/MM/SD Objects as you will be Leading / Coordinating Data Migration activities.

✨The project will be done mainly remotely with occasional onsite presence with the customer.

✨ Fluent Spanish and english.
