We are seeking a Commercial Contracting Counsel to join our international team of 10 members (France, Italy, UK, Turkey, Germany, Spain). We draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for the company's Retail and Banking segments. We also provide day to day commercial related advice, legal expertise and counsel to Retail and Banking business partners in line with company goals, business segments priorities and best practices.

As a Commercial Contracting Counsel you will:

• Review, draft, interpret, advise on and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Provide commercial legal advice on existing and new customer / partner relationships and business initiatives
• Support the evaluation and recommendation of updates to existing contract templates and support the development of new templates, as needed
• Effectively prioritize and advance multiple deals happening simultaneously, often on tight deadlines
• Work on especial projects and participate in specific trainings
• See a change as an opportunity to improve business performance and campaigning for it
• Work independently and autonomously with high level of responsibility for your own decisions

Are you a match?

• You have law degree and professional experience in commercial contracting on senior level (at least 6 years of experience)
• You have proficient business English and Czech language skills (verbal and written, at least B2 levels)
• You are able to support a business, interface with clients, build a trust and strong relations
• You understand global environment and have ability to work with all levels of organization
• You are capable to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information
• You are able to resolve contract issues, negotiate solutions, come up with effective ideas and persuade others through effectively consolidating, evaluating, and presenting relevant information
• Having Polish or Hungarian language is an advantage
