Construction Worker

We are seeking hardworking and motivated Construction Workers to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, manual labor, operating machinery, and ensuring the job site is safe and efficient. You will work alongside a skilled team to help complete projects on time and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and preparing job sites
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools as needed
• Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) in various construction tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
• Assist with the setup and teardown of temporary structures as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (training provided)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe worksite
