Responsibilities

We are hiring! Our FDA Program is looking to add an Active Directory Team Leader. This qualified individual will join a high performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Team Leader position for Active Directory operations support team for FDA account
• Responsible for customer relationship and teamwork assignments
• Provide troubleshooting support on issues which impact authentication/Active Directory during change or outage activity.
• Handle tickets and service requests
• Provide development assistance during upgrade projects
• As a team lead, the candidate should have the ability to communicate as a liaison to both technical and non-technical clients
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
• 8+ years of experience with Wintel server (Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019, and Windows 2022) and is considered a subject matter expert for Active Directory technology.
• 8+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Active Directory upgrades
• Active Directory Federation Services
• Single sign-on
• Group Policy
• DNS
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in any of the below is highly desired:

• Microsoft certifications
• Scripting (VBScript and/or PowerShell)
• Centrify
• Splunk

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
