Position:

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Remote*

Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at a critical time, as we implement and integrate our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will oversee key configurations, including objects, workflows, and security settings, ensuring that the platform is optimized, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. You will play a central role in supporting users through troubleshooting, training, and documentation to drive system proficiency and adoption.

Additionally, you will lead data management efforts, ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and reports, and implementing workflow optimizations to enhance productivity. This role requires a strong commitment to data protection standards and continuous professional development.

  • please note although this is a remote based role due to GDPR you'll need to be based in the UK

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment.
  • Experience of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, AppExchange solutions, and Data Loader.
  • Awareness of GDPR legislation and Data Protection policies
