Let’s talk about our Junior Product Manager role today. Here is what we can tell you about this position:
THE WORK
- Lead product management efforts, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving efficiency.
- Utilize Lean-Agile methodologies to guide product development and prioritize impactful features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality MVPs, prototypes, and feature enhancements.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
- Design wireframes and information architecture to create intuitive and compliant user interfaces.
- Optimize user interactions to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Communicate product vision effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
- 1-3 years of experience in product management within fintech or bank payments processing.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Agile principles, MVP development, and prototyping.
- Strong experience in managing product roadmaps and defining priorities.
- Proven ability in wireframing, information architecture, and UX optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, committed to seeing projects through.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals.
