What you will do:

As our Lead Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Real Estate & Facilities COE in financial analysis and reporting through collaboration and partnership with global finance and non-finance business partners. You will support the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A with key analysis to drive business decisions and ensure accurate, timely, and standardized reporting of facilities expenses across the enterprise.

  • Lead the standardization of planning and forecasting of Global Real Estate & Facilities site expense processes, capital & balance sheet management working closely with the team and divisional finance stakeholders.

  • Develop reporting packages and KPI dashboards for both financial and non-financial metrics for the Global RE&F team that aligns to the strategic initiatives.

  • Utilize project management skills and global cross-functional collaboration to lay out and execute on a strategy roadmap by delivering reporting that supports cost savings/cost avoidances.

  • Complete validation and reconciliation of financial information across multiple financial reporting systems and geographies.

  • Create financial modeling & analysis to support key business decisions around Stryker’s global facilities strategy and shared services structure including ownership of BCFM and CER processes

  • Responsible for financial close, projection, and budget processes for Corporate RE&F costs

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business related degree is needed for this role.

  • 4+ years of related accounting or finance experience is mandatory for this position.

  • Proficient expertise in MS Excel is needed to be successful in role.

  • Previous experience with business case modeling/analysis preferred

  • Experience with HFM, SAP, and Power BI preferred

  • $75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
