Data Entry Specialist (Part Time)

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is searching for a Part Time Data Entry Specialist who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client provides AI-powered solutions designed to enhance the efficiency of medical reporting and documentation for healthcare specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering medical data into our client’s database, ensuring and maintaining the integrity and security of medical records.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Enter medical data and appointment schedules into the database with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Adhere to patient health regulations and maintain strict patient data confidentiality.
  • Review documents, dates and forms for accuracy and completeness before entering data.
  • Communicate feedback, results, and any discrepancies to the medical staff.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of data.
  • Assist in other data entry projects as assigned, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to all data entry rules, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot data entry problems and errors to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members and account managers as needed.

  • 2-3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Understands the importance of patient data confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to data entry tasks.
