Responsibilities

Pre-Launch Comprehensive Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure that new features and updates meet high-quality standards before deployment. Features are released directly to customers following this testing.
Bug Identification and Triage from Reported Bugs: Proactively identify, document, and prioritize bugs found in the system. Work closely with the engineering team to communicate the severity and facilitate efficient resolutions. This includes both proactive research and and triaging of any bug reports from customers or internal team members.
Collaboration with Product Development: Partner with product development teams to understand feature requirements, offer feedback during the design phase, and ensure testing protocols can be met within time frames for delivery.
Regression Testing and Continuous Improvement: Conduct regression testing with every release cycle. Must provide feedback for continuous quality improvements, including suggestions for process enhancements.

Requirements

Understanding of React Framework.
Automated QA set up for web platform (experience with Playwright framework).
SQL.
Log analysis (Sentry or any other similar tool).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) ability.
Communication.
Multi-tasking (ability to switch context easily).
Any US time-zone or +1-2 hours.
English level: B2.
