POSITION SUMMARY:

Clearway Health (CH) emerged as a solution to improve access to care and manage the complex medication needs of patient populations at Boston Medical Center Health System. Equipped with this unique experience to solve challenges, Clearway Health partners with other hospitals and health systems to provide transformative specialty pharmacy services that put patients first. We build and strengthen the infrastructure for specialty pharmacy programs including operational workflows, clinical programs, hiring and embedding skilled pharmacists and patient liaisons into the clinical team, providing proprietary software technology, unlocking drug access and leading accreditation processes. We deliver a clinically driven service that eliminates barriers to medication access, improves the health of patients and communities, grows revenue at healthy margins for health systems and reduces costs for patients. Our specialty pharmacy services create sustainable assets and build lasting legacies for our client partners, providing a service that every patient deserves.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3-4 month contract assignment who will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing multiple and varied pharmaceutical positions including but not limited to Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Liaisons.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Source and identify pharmaceutical talent with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience that includes keeping candidates informed in a timely manner, answering questions, and informing candidates when they are dispositioned.
  • Leverage creative and cost-conscious sourcing and recruiting strategies to build pipelines considering various online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Leverage Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS), managing open/active job requisitions, updating various candidate stages, communications, etc. while achieving recruiting metrics and reporting key accomplishments.
  • Maintain records such as resume/application pre-screening, phone/video screening, scheduling, interviews with the hiring panels to ensures best practice for recruitment and selection activities are aligned with local, federal, state, accreditation requirements, etc.
  • Follow internal company processes and policies to maintain compliance in the hiring process while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • When requested, evaluate and research external market trends on specialized and difficult-to-fill positions to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of high volume, recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles is required.
  • 2+ years of previous pharmaceutical recruiting experience is required.
  • Steady requisition caseload management of 15+ requisitions is required.
  • Prior experience utilizing Workday an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods is required.
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards, such as LinkedIn and other platforms, in addition to proactively sourcing candidates is required.
  • Experience with federal contractor OFCCP requirements is desired.
  • Knowledge of affirmative action documentation and employment law is desired.
