The Business Operations Analyst will take a client-centric view and support a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying a structured approach to implementing solutions to problems that expand PCG’s impact in the states and regions they are working with. The Business Operations Analyst will execute assigned tasks and partner with other teams to solve problems related to education case management, strategic planning, data management and use. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate will reside in the Mid Atlantic area and be able to travel as needed to meet with and support PCG teams.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports multiple projects, primarily facilitating organizational assessments and evaluations of service delivery for state behavioral health authorities.
- Conducts financial analysis for Medicaid rate studies and supplemental payment programs.
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Assists in drafting written reports.
- Prepares a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meeting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ relevant years’ experience required

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000 - $80,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
