The
Commercial Business Manager for Leica Biosystems will manage the Taiwan business, focusing on growth and profitability, developing and executing sales and channel strategies. The position is responsible for influencing channel partners to achieve sales, profitability, and partnership objectives for Core Histology, Advanced Staining, and Pathology Imaging business. In addition, he/she will manage channel and business partnerships with a special focus on the Digital Pathology business.
This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Taiwan and will be Remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Commercial Team and report to the General Manager, SEA/, who is responsible for driving solution selling in Private Hospitals & Laboratories space in SEA/HKTW. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive all business activities to achieve business strategic goals, profitable growth and efficient operations in TW; Business targets will include those for revenue, market share, unit sales, and launch plans for new products through channel partner
- Develop a vision and strategic plan for the TW business based on historical performance and understanding of the marketplace
- Build Sales and Key Account strategy in collaboration with service, marketing, commercial and distribution partners
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Monthly order and sales forecast
The essential requirements of the job include:
- A commercially-minded leader with a track record of success in the TW medical device/life sciences/diagnostic industry
- Proven sales leadership skills in building high growth TW commercial organization.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
