Job Description:

Phreesia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our MediFind product management team. In this role, you will be driving initiatives through full product lifecycle and working closely with our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to build and iterate on our consumer facing website, MediFind. This includes having a strong understanding of the market and competitors, developing strategy and executing go-to-market activities, defining detailed requirements, and collaborating with engineers on product launches. You will collaborate internally with engineering, operations, marketing, clinical engagement, and sales teams to deliver amazing product insights to boost quality site engagement and develop a high-value user experience. 

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.   

What You'll Do: 

  • Own product vision and outcomes, website/digital ad infrastructure, B2B and B2C go-to-market strategy for a Phreesia owned website (MediFind) with related digital advertising 

  • Develop detailed product requirements and translate into user stories for implementation by engineering as well as manage escalations, investigate issues and prioritize fixes 

  • Build business cases for new features and feature enhancements through market knowledge by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing product support and training to operations teams   

  • Drive product go-to-market strategies to execute successful launch plans with the support of product leadership, market development, client success and the marketing team  

  • Create positioning and messaging that resonate with website consumer personas; Define and execute the product roadmap for your products  

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality site traffic engagements in support of brand goals  

  • Be a product champion within our company and for internal stakeholders across the organization  

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2C or B2B SaaS environment using an Agile development methodology required 

  • Experience with digital advertising required 

  • Strong analytical thinker, able to gather & leverage key metrics to drive their product vision and Deep interest in user experience, creating, and analyzing products 

  • Healthcare experience preferred 

Base pay for US candidates is $119,000 - $130,000 USD depending on qualifications
