What You'll Do


As a Field Technician within deployments you will work at customer venues to install, covert, move & upgrade electronic gaming machines, you will provide a high standard of customer service and will interact with various stake holders including customers, builders and electricians.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Complete pre-install requirements including all admin related tasks
  • Ensuring material required are available and correctly prepared
  • Confirmation of the time/date of the work being carried out with the venue
  • Preperation of vehicles with all required tools and materials
  • Perform equipment upgrades, modifications and game change conversions
  • Work with the team for installations and removal of gaming product as well as relocations
  • Capture and update all activities in Salesforce
  • Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectation


What We're Looking For


You are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close knit high performing team. You are coachable, a quick learner and are an absolute people person.

  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relationships
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Have a practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
  • An interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage
  • Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace.
  • Full driving license


Working hours for this role will generally be 6am-2pm.
