As an Account Executive, you'll manage a client portfolio, ensuring insurance programs align with client goals. Responsibilities include overseeing renewals, developing marketing strategies, and negotiating with underwriters, all while building lasting client relationships and driving new business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client service and support new business acquisition
  • Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings to review plans, strategies, and results

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in insurance or a related field, with experience in strategic client management
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic and MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Property & Casualty license, with preferred industry designations (ARM, CPCU)
  • Willing to travel up to 40% for client meetings
