Position Overview

Evernest is seeking a motivated, proactive, and highly organized International Team Member to assist Property Managers in their oversight of the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio. The Assitant Property Manager’s primary responsibility is owner satisfaction which requires excellent communication and impeccable coordination. The role touches marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, retention, maintenance, and renovations so you will partner with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing, and Property Services to deliver best-in-class results. The ideal candidate should have a background in property management, strong organization, and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to our residential portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
  • Conduct all work delegated to the APM by the property manager.
  • Partner with our Property Services team to coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
  • Execute portfolio-level operations in line with company targets and KPIs.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to Dispatch field team members to conduct inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Drive financial performance by maximizing NOI.
  • Prepare additional reports as required by the Property Manager.
