Description

Everi is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to join our dynamic team, leading and managing complex, high-impact projects in an Agile SDLC environment. This role demands a proactive, skilled individual who excels at collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering customer-focused solutions. What Will You Be Doing?

Project Leadership & Execution: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring timelines, resourcing, and budgets align with customer agreements.

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a primary contact, bridging the needs of customers and stakeholders, with strong communication skills across internal management, technical teams, and geographically distributed team members.

Innovation & Process Improvement: Gather and convey customer insights, prioritize feature requests, and champion product advancements. Research industry trends and new technologies to keep Everi at the forefront.

Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential project risks and challenges, developing effective mitigation strategies to drive projects forward smoothly.

Mentorship & Development: Act as a mentor to team members, providing Agile and Scrum coaching as needed to foster growth and maintain high team morale.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: PMP or Six Sigma certification, showcasing commitment to excellence in project management.
  • Professional Experience: 5-8 years in a Project Management or Business Analyst role, with proven success managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Methodological Knowledge: Expertise with project management methodologies and tools, Agile SDLC processes, and experience in effectively problem-solving complex project challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS, with experience in CRMs, ERPs, and project management tools.
  • Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment, managing expectations and providing clear, concise project updates.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000 - $105,000 annually.
