Job Overview

This position is responsible for the day to day ‘back office’ operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees in providing nursing care to the clinic patients as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients.

Minimum Requirements

1. Graduation from an accredited LVN school coupled with a Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.

2. A minimum of three years experience working in clinical care management in an outpatient setting, preferably in a Family Practice environment also required. 

3. IV Certification required.

4. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

5. Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system preferred.

6. Must maintain current BLS certification.

Compensation

$72,841.60 - $91,052.00 annually
