What You Will Get To Do:
The Senior Manager, Risk, Quality and Complaints will undertake the following duties:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Operational Excellence team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management processes that align with the company’s frameworks and ensure adherence to client contracts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure the stability and integrity of administration services.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of first-line risk and business teams including control assurance and incident management.
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead the complaints management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Support internal and client projects with risk and control assessments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on risk, quality, and complaints metrics to senior management and clients.
- Complete other tasks as required to support the Operational Excellence team
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of operational risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
