Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for talented Social Media Managers to administer our clients' social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage the Client's company image in a cohesive way to achieve their marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the Client's views creatively. You should be able to handle their social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain the social media calendar
  • Monitor social media channels
  • Analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Engage with the online community
  • Manage and grow the organization's social media followers

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Any preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience in online content management
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Proven experience with web design
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working remotely from your home office. Your hours are flexible, however, you must have availability during normal business hours to meet with your client(s) as this role does not work in conjunction with another full-time position.
