Responsible for alignment and integration of regional and Institute strategic plans with enterprise strategy, and integration with financial planning. Guide regional and Institute strategic plan development and strategic thought leadership; develop business plans and supporting tactical plans; initiate and coordinate market research projects; and provide consultation, insights and recommendations based on objective, detailed market / consumer research and analysis. Oversees the strategic planning and business planning processes and reporting, in partnership with financial planning counterparts, operational leadership and other stakeholders. Ensures the development, execution, management and operational hand-off of project timelines and preparation of strategic business plans in conjunction with service line or project sponsors.Job Duties:
