Responsibilities:

STRUCTURE

  • Support health management system in the company (offices and sites).
  • Initiate and issue Health alerts and health communication.
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate on medical e-learnings and trainings.
  • Ensure development and availability of medical information on TENET medical pages and other internal medias.
  • Epidemiological monitoring.
  • Ensure health standards and procedures are implemented on OCs / projects / sites including correct recording of health KPIs.
  • Analyze health performance at global level: HRA, MERP, First-aiders, etc.
  • Advice on correct health prevention set-up worldwide as per analysis of main health risks.
  • Participate to incident investigation with support of local HSES & P&C managers.
  • Crisis Management Team member if linked to Health/medical.
  • Participate in Medical investigations after serious illness/death supporting P&C and Projects.
  • Support HSES and P&C teams on subjects linked to medical, Medical Campaigns, crisis management, Travel booklet, smart travel information, etc.
  • Support mental health and wellbeing programs on request of P&C and in line with ESG road map.
  • Support access to medical care worldwide for all TEN employees in line with C&B / ESG road map.


OPERATIONS:

  • Provide specialist medical advice and support to local OC / project Management, OC / Project Directors / Managers and OC / Project Teams on all health matters.
  • Advice on the medical network (hospitals, medical facilities, etc.) available for all TEN employees depending on their region of activity and liaise with international health insurances and medical providers, assess these facilities/hospitals to ensure clear coverage of needs.
  • Coordinate processes, entities, projects and site audits and visits in accordance with international and local Medical Management system and Global Medical requirements.
  • Clarify and support execution of the Occupational Health requirements to be set-up in all OCs / projects,
  • Support OCs and project teams to identify / select / assess competent medical resources to be mobilized on OCs/ offices / projects with support of local medical providers.
  • Ensure health coordination within OCs / projects: reporting, medical network (belonging to HSE and P&C teams), communication, feedback from OCs, projects, sites, etc.
  • Liaise with all OCs, Projects, and Sites to share best practices and lessons learned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical / paramedical and experience in emergency teams inside and outside of a Hospital environment.
  • Master’s degree in health management or equivalent.
  • Emergency qualifications such as PHTLS, ACLS or equivalent.


Nice to have:

  • International medicine / travel medicine / tropical diseases qualification.
  • Occupational health qualification / knowledge.
  • Mental health qualification / knowledge – crisis management / industrial psychological.
  • Health standards knowledge: OSHA 14001, ISO, MASE, HACCP, Reach, LCP etc.
