About Our Client

Job Description

  • Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for operations, maintenance, and safety, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Evaluate current technical skill levels across teams to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions for engineers, operators, and maintenance staff.
  • Work closely with engineering, safety, and HR departments to incorporate regulatory requirements and technical updates into training materials, ensuring relevance and compliance.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and regular evaluations, making improvements to optimize learning outcomes and technical proficiency.
  • Oversee the procurement of training materials, software, and equipment, and manage the training budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.


The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience creating technical training programs from scratch, including developing and launching training plans and road maps.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholders to align training initiatives with business and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in English
