The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization within the SoftServe Digital Platforms Group. We address the rapidly growing demand for low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Our team develops low-code applications and provides advisory and implementation services to our clients by following platform design best practices and a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in the ServiceNow platform with over 3 years of expertise, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery and configuration management database (CMDB) solutions
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB
  • Skilled in SecOps Vulnerability Response
  • Proficient in ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services
  • Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management, covering network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments
  • Strong in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues independently
  • Oriented toward SDLC principles for structured development and deployment
  • Certified as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping and Security Operations – Vulnerability Response (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps/ITOM modules, including Service Mapping, Event Management, and Vulnerability Response, to meet client-specific needs
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug platform configuration issues, and collaborate with platform support teams to resolve issues or request software fixes
  • Validate code for compliance with standards and best practices
  • Execute customer demos and prepare pre-sales materials and presentations
