The Technical Communication Office (TCO) of SoftServe is an in-house center of excellence dedicated to enhancing user interactions with technology through expert user assistance, technical documentation, educational content, and localized strategies. TCO drives quality and innovation in technical communication, supporting people, projects, and client success, with a specialized COE team focused on delivering both short-term and long-term value across the TechComm expertise.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 2+ years in technical writing, content creation, or similar roles, adept at transforming complex topics into accessible, engaging content
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a solid command of English, following corporate voice, tone, and brand guidelines
• Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of independently managing tasks and aligning content with organizational priorities
• Unrivaled in developing effective learning materials, with a background in selecting and recommending engaging content formats
• Creative and adaptable, with a knack for producing newsletters, informational emails, presentations, and e-learning modules with animated videos, quizzes, and tests to enhance learning experiences
• Skilled in researching and staying updated on cybersecurity trends, cybercrime, and scam prevention to create relevant, timely educational materials
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Create short articles, videos, and weekly updates on current cybersecurity threats, scams, and emerging cybercrime trends
• Collaborate on promoting these updates through intranet notifications, carousel features, info points, presentations, and publications
• Design presentations, articles, and blog posts that align with corporate branding to engage and inform the target audience
• Develop interactive e-learning content, including quizzes and tests, to educate users on cybersecurity awareness
• Prepare newsletters and informational emails that deliver impactful, up-to-date insights on cyber safety
• Contribute to a cohesive, brand-aligned educational experience across multiple channels, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and visually engaging
