Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team and take the lead in creating engaging and innovative user interfaces.

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless web experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into stunning visual designs.

Responsibilities

Work with design systems and responsive design to create agile delivery-ready interfaces
Communicate design solutions clearly to engineers and stakeholders
Utilize brand guidelines to design layouts that strengthen the brand's visual identity
Design user flows and apply new UI designs for web experiences
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and UX Designers to develop a cohesive web experience

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI design
Showcase of UI design portfolio
Skills in adaptability and problem-solving
Competency in teamwork and collaboration
Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centric mindset
Attention to detail combined with a creative and analytical approach
Understanding of interaction design principles
Expertise in industry tools including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
Knowledge of Azure RP
Capability to understand business metrics and translate goals into digital experiences
