We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide support and maintenance services for level 2 end-user support from our office in Cyprus in a hybrid setup. You will be part of an existing team with double function (Operations L2 support and Testing automation of regression tests).

Responsibilities


  • At least 2 years of experience as a support/system engineer
  • Experience in end-user support
  • SQL and scripting knowledge
  • Customer friendliness and proactiveness in finding the best solution to the problem (short and long-term)
  • Ability to quickly learn and dig into new areas
  • Experience in automation of daily routine tasks
