Job Overview:

This role is responsible for improving business processes through documentation, analysis and proposals focusing on integrating technology and automation into core business functions to increase productivity and efficiency. Major objectives include reducing labor costs and time spent doing manual, repetitive tasks, increasing team member productivity by providing automated solutions to improve their workflow and efficiency, and proposing solutions to blockers in production that are preventing scalability and expansion of client companies. This role will serve as the point of contact for a sector of our business for anything related to processes and workflows, projects and analyses.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of automation systems with existing business processes.
  • Propose improvements to current business processes through analysis of current workflows.
  • Coordinate with fellow team members to implement changes through client companies, ensuring updates are documented and communicated to all affected parties.
  • Research solutions to core business productivity blockers preventing client companies from growing or expanding.
  • Assist in preparing operations in client companies for scalability and growth.
  • Serve as the point of contact for one of our clients, assisting them with projects, change management, and analyses as it relates to processes and automation.
  • Identify, develop, and execute process improvement initiatives for assigned business sectors.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to perform analyses and reports in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure projects are achieving necessary objectives and are contributing to business growth.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Engineering or Business Administration from four-year college or university.
  • Certification in Sigma Six Green Belt or higher.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Skills with writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Capacity to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Expert in defining problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Aptitude to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload to be eligible for hire.
