Job Description Summary

The Program Coordinator will provide key local customer interface and day-to-day work direction for assigned personnel at specific accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and Service Excellence per contract, for a hospital or healthcare network in the Cape Girardeau area. May perform some technical service work.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Function as Site Leader; develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize service, assign personnel, distribution of work, and resource allocation.
  • Assist Director of Service (DOS), Service Delivery Leader (SDL) with employee appraisals, status changes, promotions, disciplinary actions, and questions.
  • Share on-call or service call escalation.
  • Responsible for prompt and accurate filing of expense, time, and service reports.
  • Track, monitor and report on service delivery metrics to DOS or SDL.
  • Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor service as needed.
  • Provide instruction to hospital personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree or High School diploma/GED with 6+ years’ experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Biomedical Technician / Clinical Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with P&L along with completion of administrative tasks.
  • Prior Team Lead experience
