Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional customer call handling and communication.
  • Find and execute part order solutions for the Global Supply Parts Organization and Inside Sales.
  • Deliver part solutions within the required global compliance guidelines
  • Act independently in a self-directed manner.
  • Leverage computer tools and on-line databases to determine best actions to take on orders.
  • Drive solutions with other cross-functional teams to include Harvest, Goldseal and Product lifecycle teams to find part order solutions.
  • Interface with modality engineering & online center engineers to solve customer orders.

Required Qualifications

  • Internal and External customer communications and problem-solving experience.
  • Parts logistics and global systems understanding.
  • Demonstrated team player that is effective working independently in a complex environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle applications.

  • Associated Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven strong customer advocate.
  • Demonstrated Product Structure knowledge.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $49,920.00-$74,880.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
