Then join our Dynamics 365 Go To Market Team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Solution Play Lead for the "Modernize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)" initiative. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the major refresh cycle in the ERP market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and go-to-market (GTM) investments. And you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, sales teams, and partners to continuously improve our ERP solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Go To Market strategies that align with Microsoft’s vision and market demands, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and the ability to uplevel plans to meet evolving business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams across the Product Marketing Group (PMG) and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPs) to deliver high-quality solution plays on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends to continuously refine and improve solution offerings.
- Drive adoption and usage of solution plays through effective training and enablement programs.
- Monitor and report on the performance of solution plays, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and drive budget attainment.
- Manage and execute the regional GTM community and create feedback loops with them.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback for future solution play enhancements.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in product marketing and/or product marketing strategy.
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in product marketing and/or product marketing strategy.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing in a high tech or innovative company within the product marketing or product management discipline.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing and/or product marketing strategy.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with cloud-based Enterprise software including CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP and homegrown applications and familiarity with operational business processes.
- Ability to create and execute go-to-market initiatives at scale, demonstrating the ability to uplevel plans and strategies.
- Experience in working with partners, including an understanding of partner business models, capabilities and co-selling.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
