Title: Senior Manager – Data & Analytics Product and Delivery Enablement

Reports to: Managing Director, Data & Analytics Product and Delivery Enablement
The Role:
Join a dynamic, high-impact, and growing data and analytics (D&A) business unit within J.D. Power as a Senior Manager of Product and Delivery Enablement, specializing in the auto finance sector. In this role, you will implement high-visibility product enhancements on projects that involve extensive collaboration with our customer success, data science, and other teams that deliver daily to auto finance clients. Because this role is about the intersection of traditional product management with the implementation of enhancements that materially affect the day-to-day SaaS delivery, prior experience is needed from both product and customer success roles. In this role, you will deliver major technical product and process enhancements to data science and analytical solutions. You will develop robust rollout and dependency plans that meet cross-functional and business requirements, and then lead the cross-functional teams to execute those plans.

This role will use your analytical, business, and client-facing communication skills in the implementation of product enhancements to drive business and revenue growth, and to enable our customers’ success in using our tools.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for auto finance clients, ensuring they are fully supported and informed about how to maximize our products for their business objectives.
- Lead training sessions to support customer onboarding to a new delivery platform, guiding clients through product features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Create and oversee product roadmaps that drive the development and evolution of our data products that address the unique requirements of the auto finance sector.
- Gather and prioritize client feedback on data needs, usability, and potential product enhancements, ensuring our auto finance clients' needs are represented within the product development process.
- Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, coordinating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to auto finance to inform product decisions.
Qualifications of this Role:
- BA/BS degree in business, economics, or related field (Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, etc.) required [MBA highly desirable]
- Deep knowledge of the auto finance sector is required
- Prior SaaS customer success experience as a client director (or equivalent) is required. Specifically, you must have delivered and consulted where you were considered by the client as the subject matter consulting expert.
- Prior SaaS product ownership experience is strongly preferred. Specifically, you should have managed the prioritization of feature enhancement in product roadmaps, interacted with customers to preview and frame product options, and managed technical teams (engineers, data scientists) to execute against business and use case expectations.
- Previous leadership and talent management/development experience preferred
- Significant experience/strength with MS Excel and/or large complex dynamic data sets required as well as working fluency with MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Tableau, other BI Tools, and SQL preferred
- Outstanding problem-solving, data analysis, and communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Thrives on tackling difficult problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
