ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Strategy, the Retail Projects Associate will support the design, implementation, training, performance tracking & payment facilitation of all retail specific projects for the US commercial organization. This role involves managing a third party vendor & internal sales teams on all support projects. The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership, support, and alignment to develop growth strategies for the field teams & third party vendors to utilize with retailers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement value-generating retail projects
• Work directly with the commercial leadership teams and third party vendors on special projects
• Develop and maintain quality relationships with commercial sales leaders & third party vendors
• Utilize advanced Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to create captivating visualizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues and make data-driven decisions
• Produce and update training content related to all retail projects
• Produce and update third party execution resources
• Seek continuous improvement and new ideas for delivering results to the organization
• Develop and/or utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze project performance
• Manage retail projects budgets with accurate forecasting and tracking
• Utilize SFDC campaigns and reporting for deployment and measurement of sales initiatives

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of proven experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Customer-facing sales experience in convenience retail and tobacco/nicotine industry highly preferred
• Curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and tactfully communicate rationale to stakeholder.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree is a plus

SALARY RANGES:
Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.

SALARY RANGE:
$97,000—$138,000 USD
