About The Team
The Canadian Enterprise Sales Team is a proven team of consistent top performers within UKG. Established themselves as the team who gets the job done from both meeting and exceeding our goals, as well as strong governance practices around methodology, processes, and engagement strategy.
About The Role
The focus of this role within the Sales organization in Central Canada is to engage Enterprise clients in strategic HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management initiatives within their organizations, and to differentiate UKG as the best option for them to partner with to help them achieve success. - You’ll be connecting with executive and operational leaders to align on their priorities and submit proposals on a path forward with UKG’s technologies and services which demonstrate how those priorities are uniquely realized
- You’ll partner internally with the UKG Team and externally with the UKG Partner ecosystem to assemble the best response to client needs and solidify their confidence in yourself and UKG
- You’ll leverage the tools, process, and systems UKG has invested in to become a digitally enabled and high performing Account Executive within the HCM marketplace
- You’ll take advantage of UKG’s in-depth Industry vertical expertise to differentiate yourself in your client accounts and position yourself for success
- You’ll develop and deploy a territory strategy to penetrate new client targets as well as expand the UKG solution set within assigned existing clients
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- A track record of above plan sales performance in the HCM/Payroll and Workforce Management marketplace
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Experience and competence in consultative sales methodologies
- Competence in presenting business case justifications with financial, operational, and workplace cultural impact
- Collaborative skills in leading and teaming with colleagues and partners in large and complex software sales engagements
- Ability to travel to engage clients across the Province of Ontario, and participate in UKG events in North America, or globally
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Degree, BoS, BoBA, MBA, etc.
- Business and Financial acumen
- Remote working structure
