We are looking for a highly driven, self-directed, results-oriented
Software Engineer II to define, drive and execute the building of the next generation Microsoft 365 applications' add-ins/applications/extensions management for IT administrator. As a developer on the team, you will work across teams to implement the features and work needed to enhance IT Administrator deployment of add-ins/applications/extensions through Microsoft Administrator portal. To succeed, you will work in partnership with program management and with partner teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Design and development experience in web and RESTful services.
- Strong problem-solving skills, great teamwork, and passion to delight customers.
- Ability to motivate and work with other developers.
- Solid OOD/OOP knowledge and skill. Dot Net & C# knowledge is a plus.
