As Functional Expert Planning, you have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes (in affiliates as well as sites) and understand how they get supported best by the IT-systems.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create/review/update process models and design controls to visualize and optimize business processes.

• Drives process and solution design, leveraging industry leading practices and system capabilities.

• Designs the new planning processes taking the new IT tool capabilities into con-sideration and get the stakeholders approval.

• Participate in change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of process changes on the business organization and enable the adoption of industry lead-ing practices.

• Actively participate in the user and stakeholders change management process.

• Accountable for ensuring that the computerized system supporting business pro-cess and its operation comply with Sandoz requirements and fit for intended use throughout its useful life.

• Bears the ultimate responsibility of ensuring that the processes and systems are fit for purpose on all the business and process requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration cross functions.

What you will bring to the role:

• University degree or adequate equivalent. University degree or adequate equivalent.

• ERP Supply chain planning trainings and degree. APICS Certification (Preferred).

• Fluent command of English (spoken & written).

• Minimum 8-10+ years of experience of Supply Chain within the Pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
